By purchasing a VoiceAttack registration key, you help keep this site running and promote the ongoing development of VoiceAttack.

You will be receiving TWO emails. One email will be from PayPal (which confirms your payment). The other is an email from VoiceAttack.com that will contain your registration key (and more words of thanks :)). Both of these emails will be sent to the email address you provided to PayPal.

Your PayPal confirmation email will arrive almost guaranteed, and probably before you read this. Also, your VoiceAttack confirmation email is probably in your inbox as well.
On occasion, however, the email that contains the VoiceAttack registration key is rejected by some mail hosts for one reason or another.
This does not happen consistently, even with the same mail hosts (and almost never results with an error indicated on this end). On even more rare instances, the confirmation email may take hours to reach its destination.
If you do NOT get an email shortly, there are some things you can do to hurry things up a bit:
- Check the junk/spam folders in your email client (80% chance its in there).
- If you have mulitple email accounts, there is a good chance PayPal is set up with a different one than you use regularly. Please check in your other inboxes (and the junk/spam folders of those inboxes... lol). Your PayPal payment confirmation email will probably be in there as well.
- If you have your PayPal Transaction Id and your email address registered with PayPal, please try the automated key retrieval system by clicking HERE. Your key will be displayed to you *instantly*. This is the fastest way to get your registration key.
- If you do not have your PayPal Transaction Id, but you DO have the email address used to purchase VoiceAttack you can still use the automated system by clicking HERE. Note that if your email host is blocking VoiceAttack.com, this will probably not yield better results.
- PayPal eCheck customers will not receive their registration keys immediately via email. Your registration keys will be sent when the eCheck clears and PayPal gives the, 'OK'.
If none of this works :
- Send an email message to keys@voiceattack.com addressed from the purchaser's email address. I will respond as soon as I possibly can. Be prepared to include other details about the purchase. Note that this is the slowest way to get
your registration key, as it could possibly take hours.
